Planning your event with Kahwa Kart is simple and EASY; from inquiry to event day:

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry

Fill out our intake form with event details (date, time, location, guest count, etc). We’ll typically respond within 2-3 hours to confirm availability and provide initial pricing options.

Step 2: Customization & Quote

We’ll work with you to tailor a quote with any add-ons or special requests included, ranging from custom stickers to decaf espresso to our latte art printer!

Step 3: Booking Confirmation

To reserve your date, we’ll send a booking form and require a 50% deposit. Once these steps are completed, your event will officially be on our calendar!

Step 4: Event Day – Sit Back & Enjoy!

Our team will arrive around 1 hour early to set up and ensure everything is perfect. We’ll serve your guests with exceptional drinks, friendly service, and a smile. After the event, we’ll pack up and leave the space just as we found it; no hassle, just great coffee and happy memories! We are so excited to serve you!
